Three tanker crew die while cleansing cargo tank, Philippines
Three crew of tanker ANDRINA 200 reportedly, were cleansing cargo tank and inhaled fumes from cargo residues on the bottom of tank and died of suffocation in a cargo tank, on Aug 10, at Calaca, Batangas, southwest Luzon, Philippines. They lost consciousness, were recovered by the other crew on board and sent to hospital, only to be found dead on arrival to hospital.
